Selling plants online has its own challenge: customers want to know whether they can keep them alive. So the store didn't stop at photos and prices.
Every product includes a care sheet — light, watering, mature size — so the purchase is an informed decision and returns go down. We organised the catalogue by season and difficulty level, and optimised the entire checkout flow for mobile, where most of the traffic happens.
We also delivered the training so the team can manage inventory and promotions without calling us.
