01 Who we are
Pixju Laboratorio de Ideas, based in Cali, Valle del Cauca, Colombia, is responsible for the personal data collected through pixju.com. You can reach us at info@pixju.com.
02 What data we collect
Only what you voluntarily provide in the contact form: name, email, phone (optional), the service you are interested in and the message you write.
For technical and security reasons we also record the IP address, browser and the page the form was sent from. That information is used solely to prevent automated submissions and abuse.
03 What we use it for
To answer your enquiry, prepare a proposal and follow up on the conversation you started. We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for advertising purposes.
04 How long we keep it
Messages are kept while the commercial relationship is active and for up to two years after the last contact, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
05 Cookies and analytics
The cookies the site needs to work (the session and the form's security token) are always set, because without them the form could not be submitted.
Analytics cookies are different. The first time you visit we ask you with a notice, and the corresponding tools (Google Analytics 4, the Meta pixel and Google Ads) load only if you accept. If you choose "Essential only", those scripts are never even downloaded.
Your choice is stored for one year in a first-party cookie named `px_consent`. To change it, clear the pixju.com cookies from your browser and the notice will appear again.
We also use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that whoever submits the form is a person. It is a strictly necessary security measure: it does not analyse your behaviour or profile you for advertising.
06 Your rights
Under Colombian Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1074 of 2015, you have the right to access, update, correct and delete your personal data, and to withdraw your consent. To exercise these rights, write to info@pixju.com from the address you contacted us with and we will respond within the legal timeframe.
07 Security
The site runs over HTTPS, forms are protected against automated submissions, and data access is restricted to the Pixju team members who need it to reply to you.
08 Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will publish the updated version on this same page, stating the date of the change.
