An employee fund runs on paperwork, and every procedure that is not online becomes a phone call or a queue.
The portal centralises the fund's services and benefits — savings, loans, welfare, partnerships — each with its explanation and application route. We built the online data-update flow, which regulation requires periodically and which was clogging in-person service the most.
The team publishes news, events and training sessions on their own.
