CIME IPS is a clinic specialising in pain management, and its communication had to convey two things at once: technical capability and human care.
We resolved the site with a clear, close tone, explaining each procedure in language the patient understands before going into clinical detail. Services and procedures are separate menu items, because referred patients look for a specific procedure while walk-ins look for a service.
Appointment requests are reachable from anywhere in the journey.
